We live in such a diverse society which means we have people with different age, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, education, marital status, language, and physical appearance. You can’t deny anyone’s thoughts or view or opinion about any matter.
Everyone can be correct on their view so you must have inclusive behavior.
The word inclusive means to include others or another. When inclusivity relates to people on an interpersonal level, it means:
1. Covering or including everyone.
2. Open to everyone: not limited to certain people.
3. Including the stated limits and everything in between.
Inclusivity is when you do acceptable actions toward a friend, family member or colleague so they feel valued and accepted.
This behavior typically makes you very well gentleman and people around you starts loving you. No one feel alone or untouched when you are with them.
Your inclusive behaviour makes happy environment around you where your friends, Family, colleague will feel free to share new ideas, suggestions, and opinions. And all of these generate a confident and strong society.
On other hand Exclusivity behavior makes weak and separated society. Exclusivity involves actions, words or positioning that excludes individuals, groups or organizations.
As humans we all have qualities of exclusivity. Ironically in itself. Being excluded can also take on at a deeper psychological, and even physical level causing mental anguish or separation anxiety.
On a personal level — at some point in your existence you’ve been rejected, undervalued, taken for granted. Many individuals focus their lives on breaking down lines of religion, politics, race, gender, societal positioning and more.
We can however be more inclusive and accepting of other humans even if they have different beliefs and values.
After all, What I wanted to say that BE INCLUSIVE makes healthy society and everyone has to have inclusive behavior in nature.
If you wait until you are ready, you will be waiting for the rest of your life. Stop waiting and start today. What Do you think, doing things alone is boring and bad because you think that you can’t do it alone.
Have you ever had the situation when you won the free ticket for movie or free coupons for lunch or dinner at some fancy restaurant and you have the opportunity to attend but you had missed it because you didn’t find someone to go with you And have you ever wish that there was someone coming with you because You feel really bad and also feel fear.
This is the feeling which you feel only first time when you go out. I m damn sure once you come out From your comfort zone that feeling will end That confusing situation. This will also change your mindset about going alone. You will feel like going alone is not so boring and terrible thing. This is a gift of an amazing opportunityto make you more strongerand confident person.
It didn’t matter that You was going alone. You will realize that it is not that horrible that you thought in the past .You will realize that going alone is an opportunity to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone, that’s why Learn to walk alone, It will make you stronger.
Once You embraced that going alone was not terrible or scary then You will be capable of doing things along frequently. Doing things by yourself is an art . If you want to learn this art, first…… you have to change your mindset…..how you feel or think about the situation, Instead of thinking oh my god it’s only me , even though we are social human being, we don’t have to do everything with people we know.
Spend time with yourself doing things you love does not require another person. Yes of course some experiences are more fun when you are sharing the moment with someone you enjoy being around, but many things are as memorable when you are alone.
It’s my experience, Next time you have to go alone and be confident. Don’t decide not to go because there is no one going with you. Don’t focus on negative thoughts,take the chance to experience something by yourself for a change and personal growth.
Life is too short to wait for someone to go with your life journey , you must enjoy the life journey whether you are with someone or being alone. Learn to be alone and to like it.there is nothing more freeing and empowering than learning to like your own company .

Forgive others is as important as forgive yourself. Why is this so important ? Why can not be just let it go ? So many questions like this comes up in our mind.
We think that why forgive someone is so hard. Because that time our heart says…….forgive him/her but our mind says……No stop it, you can’t do it. For one second we prepare to forgive but very next moment, we postpone our plan till the never ending time.
It’s all depend on us , either we decide to forgive or not. It’s our decision. Our mind swing like pendulum. We want to stop it but we can’t. ………….Actually most of us think that when we forgive, we forgive someone but it’s not true ,in deep down at that time we forgive ourself .
we try to protect ourselves from pain, hurt, and lot of never ending hurtful thoughts which comes whenever we think about that moment.
Forgiveness can be challenging. But for a second just Try to see the situation from the other person’s point of view. Ask yourself, why they had behaved in such a way. May be we would have reacted similarly if we faced the same situation.
Try to remember those time, when we’ve hurt others and they have forgiven us . By embracing forgiveness, we can also embrace gratitude ,peace and joy.
Forgiveness is our strength, If we forgive easily, it means we are a strong person because very few people can able to do this. Some people are naturally more forgiving than others.
Forgiveness is always beneficial for you. Forgiveness can improve your health , it can give you peace of mind. It reduce your anxiety, unnecessary stress, depression. It improve your self-esteem, your relationships.
Let’s suppose we refuse to forgive then what will happen? You might Bring anger and bitterness into every relationship. Your behaviour and your attitude might change. You might always live in the past. Because of all this you’ll never be able to enjoy the present moment.
Forgiveness is like a favour for others as well as for ourself . Forgiveness give us strength to move on in our life. Lack of forgiveness can be self destructive. Forgiveness has the potential to change lives of people’s who are involved in this.
When someone tell us something that hurt us deeply. They left never healing type of wound for us. These wounds can leave us with lasting feelings of anger and bitterness . Forgiveness can heal the wound given by someone. The feeling of hurt might always be with us but Forgiveness can free us from cage of hurt, pain, bitterness.

Can you control everything? Now you will tell me………this is not a correct question. What is new in this. Everyone knows that ………..we can’t control everything. …..Exactly, that is what I’m trying to say. We can’t control everything, as we know already then what is the point of taking stress for every little things which we can’t able to control.
In our life, we know everything such as what is right ,what is wrong , how to live ,how to behave, what is important, what is not ,what should be do ,what shouldn’t etc.
We understand that most of us, want to control everything in our life and put a lot of thought and energy in doing so. It’s our habit that we want to control everything. We want everything to work as we want it to be. We put all our energy into trying to take control over everything , Because of this we get frustrated when this doesn’t happen. We lose a lot of energy on things that we cannot control.
The best way to protect yourself from frustration and stress, is acceptance. Let’s face it, most of the things in Our life are uncertain. Accept that You Cannot Control Everything. Once you accept, you will realise that life is much more fun to live and you will have much more time to have fun. Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create, try to engage yourself into something creative. Explore new things, new ideas, generate new hobbies.
We only live once and also have very limited period of time to live. If we know all of this then why not use our own creativeness, talent and energy to make something which gives us a lot of happiness and others as well. Yesterday I found some of my old paintings. Those painting reminded me old time, old memories. You know what……………., memories never get old because whenever we remind it……….,it comes like movie. We able to enjoy easily, we able to feel easily, we able to live easily.
Painting is one of my hobby since childhood. I love painting colours , I love to see how colours change from one colour to another colour ,when we mix it. At the end colour mixing plate looks as if it becomes a rainbow.
You know what………………., painting is not just a simple work. It starts with imagination, painting first paint in our mind then it paints on canvas. I feel like I have a universe inside my mind. That time I live in my imaginary world.
Painting is like painter’s imagination which spread on canvas. My mind become silent and relax ,my heart feels peaceFul , when painting is complete, my heart fills with unlimited joy, peace and happiness. Actually I can’t tell you what I feel in those moments. I don’t have words to explain. That is my Most amazing feeling.

Forget about yesterday, Whatever happened yesterday is in the past and should stay in the past. There is a reason each day has a different number and a different name. It is because everyday is different than the last and different than the next. The thoughts that you have are a preview of what life can bring to you, that’s why we should keep an eye on them whether it is positive thoughts or negative thoughts.
Don’t fill your soul by anger, revenge, hatred, jealous, arrogance or any other type of negative energy. Be careful about what you take every day. You will become what you take. Always promote what you love instead of bashing what you hate.
Always Choose positive over negative. I believe that negative thoughts attract more negative thoughts, as positive thoughts attract more positive thoughts.
Try to choose positive thoughts such as courage, happiness, hard work, gratitude, love and kindness. It doesn’t mean that we must all live with the positive thoughts every moment of every day. It would be impossible because we are all human being after all. But we should try our best everyday to choose positive thoughts over negative thoughts.

Life is full of ups and downs. God designed us to get through today by anticipating tomorrow. God wants us to have hope. Hope forces us to rethink, our circumstances and situations. Thus, through hope we find faith. Hope sets us on a path toward attaining our goals.
If you have faith in god, That’s enough to find hope. If you feel like hope is gone ,look inside you and be strong and you will finally see the truth. That is always inside you, Keep positive thoughts and work towards your goal.

Happy and healthy relationship is the key of successful life . Everyone wants to be successful Life and have happy and healthy relationships but things changes over time. In the beginning every relation looks good but not in the future. why is this happens?
Sometimes we don’t realise that what did we do wrong? What happened? what should we do?
Sometimes it’s just the simple thing, that we easily forget but those small things are more important than big things that hold the key to a healthy and happy relationship.
Here are some of my life experience which I want to share with you.
• Everyone has own unique habits, those things of your partner that first attracted you. Those habits or things can irritate you badly in future. Sometimes Those things which you don’t like but your partner like most.
You have to understand and respect his\her likes and dislikes. Don’t try to change them into something they’re not, after all you fell in love with them just the way they were.
Always try to accept fully, truly and deeply. We should accept Not only his/her good habits but also bad habits.
• Life is so fast nowadays like rangeela movie song zindagi yaron doud hai. Sometimes we have to stop just for a while .
We can’t survive neither your relationships can survive Without spend quality time together.
So take a little break from your busy running life and spend it for your happy relationships.
• A healthy relationship is built by lot of give and take phenomena from each other. If you think you can always take from your partner and you don’t want to give anything or never compromise for anything then your relationship can’t go so far.
You should be equal for everything. If you want to someone always listen and agree with you, then you have to prepare for your turn to agree whatever they will said.
• When you are fighting for something with your partner , Never say something to your partner that you don’t want to hear back. Because those words can hurt deeply. Maybe fight will stop but hurt from words will remains permanently.
Just remember, how important is your relationship for you. Because of small argument you can’t ruin it. Don’t bring out old issues and mistakes, Because of this both will irritate and put a stop for further healthy conversations.
• For a happy and healthy relationship, Sometimes tell your partner how much you need him/her, but don’t depend on him/her.
If you get too dependent on him/her, He/she feels like trapped in a cage. On the otherside of this, don’t allow your partner to think you don’t need him by going or doing things without him.
Try to keep balance between dependency and independency.
• Trust is the key of successful relationships. Never try to break it. Let’s suppose If broke then don’t be stubborn. Learn to forgive. I know it’s very hard to forgive and forget easily. But I m telling you, it will good for you.
If you think you will never forgive your partner and never forget those things. And also feel the trust can never be regained then it’s time to give him and yourself some time or kind of small break to regenerate happy memories over bad incident.
It’s not too difficult if you know that your partner is always good for you no matter what the situation is. You can compromise for one time incident.
• Communication is very important for every relationship . Without communication you can’t understand each other properly. You also have feel and saw this in relations around you.
Without proper communication how thing goes wrong and misunderstanding take place between relationship. Don’t bring out old issues and mistakes. Because of this both will irritate and put a stop for further healthy conversations.
The best way to avoid misunderstanding Listen your partner carefully without interruption. Sometimes we listen less and talk more and start blaming that’s why we don’t understand others point of view. So firstly start listening and then put your own point of view.
• If you want healthy and happy relationship then never hide anything from your partner ,not even small things.
Because it hurts a lot when your partner find out things from somewhere else. If you did something wrong then tell them before they find out.
• Not everything is always going to be perfect but if you both choose to make it work then it can. So never give up, you can make things perfect if you want to.
• Develop faith and confidence in your relationships. It promotes better understanding, avoids stress and gives you a peace of mind.
Goodrelationshipsdon’t just happen. They take time ,patience,and two people who truly want to be together.
Why are we waiting for someone who give us reward? Let’s suppose if no one find out our victory than what should be do? Most of us have the same nature about rewards. Most of the time we want to rewarded by someone else. And that’s why we wait for the long time. Life is not too long so that we can wait too long.
We have to celebrate our personal victories because no one else understands what it took to accomplish them. Only you can understand the importance of your victory and only you know that what it took to accomplish them. That’s why ,Don’t forget to reward yourself.
When you reach your goals acknowledge your win and try to celebrate your victory. No matter your victory is too small or too big, you must celebrate your victory. Too often, we don’t give ourselves credit for the good choices we have made. Remember to give yourself credit for the things you are doing well.
Victory leads us to reward and Reward leads us to happiness. When we achieve something which we want passionately. How happy we usually are at that time. We can’t even explain that feeling in words. So why are we waiting for. Celebrate your victory with happy heart on your own way.
Motivation is very important for all of us. Time to time we all need motivation. Sometimes we don’t understand what is happening? What should we do? Everything looks like boring. We start feeling depressed .So how to motivate yourself?
First of all, start doing what you actually like and enjoy .There is no better motivation than loving what you do.
Just stop for a moment and think what is your goal? what do you want to do? But just thinking of something you want or wish is far not enough.
When you decide what you want, you will need to make a plan .what do you need to do in order to achieve it.
Once you know your action plan ,go for it .From that moment, when you do something, you should ask yourself that Am I giving my 100% for it?
Keep an eye on people around you, do they motivate you? do they push you to develop yourself and improve your skills? If not, please try to expand your network to people, who will keep pushing you forward and give you some challenge, so you can go an extra mile. we need to get out from our comfort zone in order to achieve something.￼
Always remember, that you can achieve anything if you put an effort to it. And stay realistic, changes don’t happens overnight. Small steps will take you towards your dream.
We don’t need motivation only for achieving goals, we also need motivation for happy and healthy living. And it’s not a single time achievement goal, it’s a life long process in which we need to focus in every path of our life.
If you think you are a positive and motivated person, it’s good but you have to keep an eye on yourself always because as I already told you it’s a life long process. We need to work on it continuously. Find your own ways to motivate yourself.

Do you have any kind of place where you can go easily and get some peace? Where you can just sit quietly without any distractions and disturbance. I m sure you would have this kind Of place. This is the place where we can visit anytime. Whenever we need some peaceful time.
Whenever we visit this place, we should do some activities which we ignore in our busy time. Those activities will develop our inner peace. Activities means something which you like to do but you could not because of busy routine.
This place could be anywhere. It could be your terrace, a chair in your garden, your table with some fresh flowers, your balcony with nice view , evening with cup of tea, peacefully watch moon at night, just sitting on the couch, small walk around Gulmohar tree, your favourite temple etc.
Everyone has own unique ways to relax, refresh and to get peace. I m damn sure you would feel amazing at that time. That is the place where we can take break from our daily energy consuming works. That is the place where you can regain your energy.

Have you ever notice your thinking pattern. Perhaps Most of us have same thinking pattern. We carry beliefs about what is right and what is wrong and we keep holding these beliefs for years.
These beliefs are deeply rooted in ourself. No one can easily change them. That’s why when someone would disagree with our believes suddenly we start fighting or arguing until they’ll agree with us.
In that case peoples starts avoiding us. Because no one want to be wrong. After that only conflict and confrontation will begin because the need to be right always makes someone else wrong. Being right implies that someone else must be wrong.
Are you happy with this? I’m sure you are not because you know the importance of your relationships and also know the importance of other’s happiness and yourself happiness too.
So we are gonna find another way so that we can maintain our relationships.
First of all we need to understand that everyone has there own point of view and we need to respect them as we respect our own point of view.
Then if you think that they have wrong point of view because of wrong information. Then try to explain right information to them. We can’t impose anything on them. Make it simple and easy. I m sure they will understand.
Secondly being right doesn’t mean you can be always right. You are a human being, maybe sometime you can be also wrong ,maybe that time you don’t realise that because sometimes you also don’t know what is right and what is wrong for you. In that case we need to listen other’s point of view too.
Relationships are strengthened by understanding each other’s points of view. Being kind is more important than being right. Sometime being understanding is more important than being right…
sometime we don’t need words for arguments for being right but a kind, peaceful, loving heart that listens carefully. Sometime we don’t need keen eyes that always see wrong in others but open arms that accept as they are.

Work might be demanding sometime. It should never become a priority over your wellbeing. You need time and energy for your hobbies and interests, for your family and loved ones.

• Be healthy
Your health is so important. You can’t just ignore because you are working. Your health first and foremost will make you a better employee and person.
If your health is good, You will miss less work, and when you are there, you will be happier and more productive. You should be strong both physically and mentally.
This is possible by daily exercise and meditation and healthy diet.
• love your work
This is most important part because u spend most of the time in your office with work. Think about it, If you hate what you do, you aren’t going to be happy.
You don’t need to love every aspect of your job, but it needs to be little bit exciting. Choose a job that you’re so passionate about.
• Take a Break
Take a break time to time. Break allow us to recover from stress, generated by the daily working in the office environment and break also gives us space for other thoughts and ideas.
Taking a Break means ,shutting work completely off for a while. A break could be a few minutes walk around the office canteen and garden without looking at your phone, or a break could be whole week trip with friend ,family or alone. It is important to get physically and mentally recharge.
• Be a hero
Be a hero but do not try to become a super hero. Try to say no if you don’t have time.
If you don’t have time for your own work then why are you promising to work for others. You can kindly say no to others. I’ m sure they will understand you easily.
•Set the priority
We all have busy lives but we should set our priority. According to importance. Prioritise your work.
The work that is more important must be done first. Some less important work, we can left undone or postpone for tomorrow.
You’ll never get time until you don’t understand the importance of that work.
• Make time for yourself.
I know, your job is important but it should not be your entire life. You should get some time for yourself and your loved ones rather than making excuses.
Just because work keeps you busy doesn’t mean that you can neglect yourself and personal relationships. Always remember,
no matter how important you think your job is and no one can handle it without you that’s not the truth. Everyone is replaceable at work and no one will miss you tomorrow if you left the job.
What is happiness? We have already read so many articles about happiness. And in my previous posts I talked about happiness but this is a very big topic we can’t cover it in a few posts.
Happiness do exists in present moments. It’s not related to future because there is no future. Of course present again will come when we will reach in the future. It will repeat again and again. We can’t catch future that’s why we can’t say that I will be happy when I’ll get which I want most. This indicates that happiness comes when you get what makes you happy.
Most of us think that we will be happy in future when we will get what we want But Do you think that would be right. I don’t think so…..
Be careful, about your definition of happiness, because it’s all depend on it. Materialistic happiness will take you to a place of sadness because it is momentary. When we feel sad, the one common thing is that it’s impossible to go from sad to happy instantly.
When we feel sad, we are more likely to want to withdraw and not do anything. We tend to disengage from everything that is going on around us.
first thing you need to do is identify what activities that you do or would like to do that brings you joy and make you feel happy.
The only way we can start to feel happy again is to take action and start doing things again. You have to try if you’ll not try, nothing is gonna change.
We can’t avoid the feelings of unhappiness developed by hurt, disappointment . However, we can deal with them in constructive ways that will help avoid excessive suffering.
It is so important to know what happiness means to you because when you know this, you will have meaning and purpose in your life. This is what brings to your life the experience of happiness and the feeling of joy.
Hi guys, This is my another blog post. It clicked in my mind when I was taking a picture of awesome hill view in my recent holiday trip. This was not the first time I was taking pictures, I always keep doing this.
Sometime I thought why I m taking so many pictures, enjoy the present moment but in next moment I forget my previous promise and again I started taking pictures because I also knew that this is the moment which I want to experience so many times not only single time.
A single photograph tell us a whole story about that time or that moment. Our mind might be forget that moment but photographs remind us everything whenever we see those pictures.You would be surprised how good you will feel when you see the album of your pictures after many years.
Capture the moment doesn’t mean it can only capture by camera, it also can capture by our mind. If you feel that moment more than five minutes ,I m damn sure you’ll never forget that image or your that time feeling.
I remember my childhood , I used to visit my mama’s home where all cousins gathered on the occasion of summer vacation. We all spend our entire summer vacation together. That was the best time for everyone.
That time we didn’t have cameras usually.only photographers used to take pictures. But we all have memories, images. Whenever we want to remember those moments, we remember them easily, because we all spent a quality time and had felt it deeply. We can’t forget that pictures. They have been stored in our memory.
Photographs capture and stored life’s beautiful memories so that we can re-live them as the years go by. So take lots of pictures and record the best time of your life. I have so many photographs that is not just photographs they are my golden memories which I want to live again…again..again..and again. Collect pictures that have made you smile.
Have you ever had a really boring and depressing conversation with someone? Did anyone ever told you to change yourself? Because they think you are too shy, you are too frank………and your dressing style are too different. And did anyone ever suggest you, how to talk, how to walk, which type of clothes you should wear. I think everyone has these type of short stories when they had faced these type of questions.I don’t think so this should be happen. Everyone is different. Everyone has own unique qualities. Why should I become one of them.
Everything start with courage. Try to be yourself . Being yourself means remove all the characters and changes influenced by others which we placed on ourself. It is who we naturally are without the fake mask to impress others.
It is important to love and accept ourselves for where we are at the moment. We should not suppress our true nature in order to please others.
If you watch a small child , you will notice just how free they are and how little they care about what other people think of them. They are happy in that moment.
If you really want to get in touch with your inner child, try to be yourself, feel free to do anything, Play, have fun, enjoy the moment. We only live once.
But It is a big challenge because We care so much about being accepted by others. It can be happen by taking tiny steps.it can be happen with courage to be different. Than you will realise that who We naturally are without influence by others is also perfectly fine.
We should have known that our unique qualities, talents, are given to us by god for some reasons and certain purpose. we should not sacrifice for who we not are truly.
Will it be easy to be yourself? Things will be difficult initially but continuous trying will make things easy. Eveything starts with courage to take stand and keep trying.
Nothing will change if you not try.

Whenever we face problems in our life, What is our first reaction? Most of us, Immediately start complaining.
Why did this happen to me?
What am I going to do now?
I had plans, but now everything is ruined.
This is our first response after we face problems. As we all know, We are human being so this kind of response is natural. We usually react that way.￼
After initial response, when we get some time to rethink the situation than we realise that we don’t only have problem, we also have a choice to make. It’s a new opportunity which has came in the form of problem.
When we’ll deeply analyse the problem, we’ll see, on the side of problem always a new opportunity is there.
A problem may point out an improvement. We can improve certain areas of our life. Until we have not face problems, we never think that way, we can also learn new things in our life.
I want to tell you a short past incident so that you can easily understand what I m trying to say. This is a story of my friend’s father who used to work in a private bank.
My friend’s father who had became very disappointed and stressed when he heard about shut down of all paper work. And also heard about a new machine (computer) . They said now all work will be done in a new machine instead of paper work.
My friend told me everything about what happened after that news disclosed , about changes in father’s behaviour , about his fear.
That was his first initial response but after 2-3 days he regained his strength and he started thinking about what should he do. Should he Just sit with fear and think about why is this happen to him? Or start a new chapter of his life with learning new things. He started thinking in that way.
Within fifteen days he had went back to work with lot of confidence and you won’t believe that now he take all the advantage of technology and also active on all social network sites.
Now, let’s talk about our life. Have you ever had a experience where a negative situation turned into something positive situation?
Probably you were lost your job or had breakup with someone after that you landed a better position than before which you could not imagine before. Or one day you found out that you have some health problem and you went to a hospital and doctor found that you are perfectly fine, it’s just a seasonal fever. But after that situation you started exercising and also started to take healthy diet.
If we deeply analyse the problems, difficulties which we have faced, I’m sure, We’ll also find the benefits and experience from them. Positivities are always there if we look for them.
I’m not telling you that when problem comes to you, you deny your emotions or refuse to face reality. What I m saying is don’t immediately judge your situation. sometime you won’t be able to instantly spot the benefits that will come from being in situation but it does exist.
We can see our problems as negative and become depressed about them. I’m sure this approach will only make things worse. If we pick the other approach, we can see the opportunity in our problems or we can learn a lesson from our problems.
Believe it or not ,our problems are there to serve us ,not to depress us.

Everyday is a new day. Don’t fill your soul by anger, revenge, hatred, jealous, arrogance or any other type of negative energy. Be careful about what you take every day. You will become what you take.
Always Choose positive over negative. I believe that negative thoughts attract negative thoughts like positive thoughts attract positive thoughts. Try to choose positive thoughts such as courage, happiness, hard work, gratitude, love and kindness.
It doesn’t mean that we must all live with the positive thoughts every moment of every day. It would be impossible because we are all human being after all. But we should try our best everyday to choose positive thoughts over negative thoughts.
How to balance work and personal life? We all want to be perfect professionally at our work place that’s why we work hard and push our limits to accomplish the target which we set.We give the best on our work, our colleagues ,our customers and everyone whom we connected professionally, because of this we take all the load on our shoulders.
After a day of stress and pressure at the office, most of us arrive home ,tired and frustrated. We don’t have energy to spend time with our loved ones. We have nothing left for the people we love most. We wearily walk to room and order them to leave us alone until we regain our energy.
Change the mindset,after step out your office. Don’t focus on how tired you are or how much work you have done.
You need to change your thoughts, take out two minutes & take a deep breath. Use this time to relax and focus on yourself,what you want to do next ,either you just want to sit alone quietly with your tired mind or you just want to make yourself more creative because you already know how important your family is for you .
Family is part of you and you should have the right to make yourself happy .you can do so many fun things if you simply change your thought process. Both are important family and your work.
We should try to do our best for both not only one.thats why nowadays most of organizations and peoples talk about “work life balance”. Some of the organization started giving work life flexibility. Alright! Take two minutes to regain your energy before you walk through the front door of your home which will help you to become a person which your family wants you to be. Most important you become a person you too want to be.
We are human being and human being make mistakes ,it’s normal as long as you don’t keep making same mistakes again and again.Accept them and learn from your mistakes and move on .keep moving because those mistakes are essential for our growth and progress.
it is not necessarily to keep blaming on yourself for your past mistakes. I m sure it might not be that easy but you have to try because until you not forgive yourself ,you’ll trap in that situation forever .If you want to do a fresh start first you should stop blaming and forgive yourself.
you don’t be so hard on yourself.If you’ll think ,you’ll realize that your past might have filled with so many mistakes but you’ll realize that you learned a lot from your mistakes.you made mistakes that’s by you became a better person in each area of your life(professional and personal relationships).
no matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress,you are still way ahead of everyone who is not trying ..Always Remember You are not alone ,Everyone makes mistakes ,things don’t happen for no reason they happen to teach you something .
What Do you think, doing things alone is boring and bad because you think that you can’t do it alone.have you ever had the situation when you won the free ticket for movie or free coupons for lunch or dinner at some fancy restaurant and you have the opportunity to attend but you had missed it because you didn’t find someone to go with you
And have you ever wish that there was someone coming with you because You feel really bad and also feel fear but this is the feeling which you feel only first time when you go out.
I m damn sure once you come out your comfort zone that feeling will end That situation will change your mindset to focusing on the excitement and the gift of the amazing opportunity , it didn’t matter that You was going alone. You will realize that You are used to doing things alone and it is not that horrible that you thought in the past .You will realize that going alone is an opportunity to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone.
Doing things alone can not scary. Once You embraced that going alone was not a negative, You were able to thoroughly enjoy yourself and be in the moment. doing things by yourself is a art .The first step is changing how you feel or think about the situation. Instead of thinking oh my god it’s only me , even though we are social human being, we don’t have to do everything with people we know.
Spend time with yourself doing things you love does not require another person.yes of course some experiences are more fun when you are sharing the moment with someone you enjoy being around, but many things are as memorable when you are alone.
It’s my experience,Next time you have to go alone and be confident. Don’t decide not to go because there is no one going with you. Don’t focus on negative thoughts,take the chance to experience something by yourself for a change and personal growth.life is too short to wait for someone to go with your life journey ,you must enjoy the life journey whether you are with someone or being alone.

A beautiful rainy day ….it’s pretty cool. Yesterday evening at 6 o’ clock ,I opened the door of my house and stepped out. Wow word automatically came out from my mouth ,it’s stunning …..cloud was spreaded all over the sky and when cold breeze touched me, I felt very relaxed and peaceful .
I couldn’t wait to see what will come next. Every plan had postponed that we made previously before I opened the door and at that time I had just want to go outside with my motorbike. I made my mind and stepped inside ,changed my cloth and took motorbike key than my most beautiful amazing evening began.
I can’t even tell you in my words how beautiful it was ,cloud was running with me and wind was running as fast as my bike speed . I stopped my bike in front of the lake and watched the amazing beautiful view. My hand became cold, cloud became more dark, it looked like rain about to start in any moment but I didn’t want to go back.
finally rain started and I enjoyed a lot because I like to get wet in the rain than I went to chay tapri and enjoyed hot chay in cold rainy day .i spent a great evening in the rain. Little things can suddenly change your mood .
If you know, you have only limited period of time what will you do? Most people don’t understand what life is all about until just before they die. You would definitely felt this feeling when you saw someone at death bed.mostly they regret but that time they can’t do anything because they don’t have much time.why is this happen?
While we are young ,we spend our days keeping up with social expectations.we are so busy to catch up life’s big pleasures because of this we miss little ones.
The whole life we run to catch materialistic things ,big success, big house ,all big we don’t want any less.we live in the time where we mostly have big house ,lot of money to spend but we don’t have certain number of peoples ,friends, relatives to spend time with you in your big house.we have everything but have less happiness.
We have to understand life is not a race so that we leave behind others and we go ahead .you are meant to have an amazing life .live your life fully.Live your life in such a way so that you would never regret .you must accomplish all the things you would love to accomplish.
if you want to travel ,want to learn dance, want to be musician then go ahead ,what are you waiting for.start doing things whatever you want and love to do.
Of course there will be challenges in your life but it’s okay because they help you to grow but you should know how to overcome problems and challenges .you must be happy at the end because you have an amazing life for a certain period of time.
today ,I ‘m gonna talk about type of stress and importance of stress in our life.In the previous post ,we discussed about stress and and how to relieve stress but think about it , Is it possible ,can you remove or eliminate stress or stress inducing factor from your life .you have to understand, what the stress is .stress is our part of life ,we can’t eliminate it entirely. Stress is something that we all have in our lives. It can be both positive and negative.
We all need a little positive stress so that we are motivated to achieve our goals and to survive in the world. Small amount of positive stress will motivate you and will pressurise you to increase your strength and help to come out from your comfort zone. Because within your comfort zone you can’t grow ,if you don’t come out from your comfort zone ,you will be remain at the same position in your entire life. ￼
However when we allow stress to build up, it can have a negative effect on our lives both physically and mentally. To manage our stress, it is important to develop some skills which help us to manage our stress ,which already discussed in previous post (how to relieve stress) . This can be different for all of us.
We all have our good or bad experiences and memories .we all have the ability to remember experiences we have had. Bad experiences and bad memories that cause us stress. However if managed correctly, stress can not only help us to survive but also a healthy amount of stress can help us to improve yourself . ￼
Stress is part of our modern day life, and it pops up in all areas of our lives. We cannot eliminate stress, but we can learn different ways to recognise stress and how to better cope with it.Stress is caused by things that happen in our lives like first day of school or collage, first job interview etc.
Stress can be both a positive and negative experience and we all experience it in different ways. Stress is actually good for us as it helps us develop and become more strong . If we do not experience stress or are not allowed to experience failure sometimes in our lives, we may not be able to understand how to fight with another big stress which can come in our life in future .stop focusing how stressed you are and remember how blessed you are. Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.

Why we need someone in our life or How important it is in our life ,why relationships are so important to us ,this thought comes in our mind very frequently. Ultimately, the quality of a person’s relationships dictates the quality of their life. Good relationships aren’t just happier and nicer. When we know how to heal relationships and keep them strong, they make us strong and confident .
All these thoughts about how love makes us stronger aren’t just thoughts, it’s a very important healer to us.
In happy relationships, partners try to make happy each other and understand each other’s perspectives instead of constantly trying to be right and fighting for being right .
If you can’t help yourself from getting mad, take a break go to the park , watch funny movie ,read a book, dance, play or talk to a friend or do anything to get off a destructive path. Keep positive views of your partner.
No relationship is perfect, moreover our brain is well built to remember the bad or negative things or bad memories that were said . In this situation I believe you need to focus on all positive sentiments and keep your good memories in mind. However if you can overlook those things and just focus on what is important, it is good for you ,good for the mind and good for the relationship.
As we all know how important relationship is for everyone.we can’t easily let it go.
Today ,I’m gonna discuss about stress management or how to relieve stress .
Yesterday we had discussed about stress (how stress affects your life).
Here are some simple ways to relieve stress and anxiety.
1. Maintain your daily routine :-
It is the best way to reduce your stress by planning your day properly. Each morning is a beginning of your day .if we plan our day from the beginning than there is no need to worry about entire day.Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to reduce stress.
It would might be difficult to start but once you start ,you will feel the difference. putting physical stress on your body through exercise can relieve mental stress.
The benefits are strongest when you exercise regularly. People who exercise regularly are less likely to experience anxiety than those who don’t exercise .
Here is a few reasons behind this
• Exercise can also improve your sleep quality, which can be negatively affected by stress and anxiety.
• When you exercise regularly, you may feel more confident in your body, which in turn promotes mental wellbeing.
• You can find an exercise activity you enjoy, such as walking, dancing, rock climbing or yoga.
• Walking on the green grass barefoot in your garden can reduce your mild headache and also reduce your stress.
Regular exercise can help lower stress and anxiety.
2. Light a Candle:-
Using essential oils or burning a scented candle may help reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety.Some scents are especially soothing. Here are some of the most calming scents:
Using scents to treat your mood is called aromatherapy. Several studies show that aromatherapy can decrease anxiety and improve sleep.Aromatherapy can help lower anxiety and stress. Light a candle or use essential oils to benefit from calming scents.
3.Decrease daily caffeine intake:-
Caffeine is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses can increase anxiety .People have different thresholds for how much caffeine they can tolerate.If you notice that caffeine makes you anxious, consider cutting back.
High quantities of caffeine can increase stress and anxiety. However, people’s sensitivity to caffeine can vary .
4.Write A journal:-
One way to handle stress is to write things down on your daily journal.this is the very effective formula .things ,thoughts which you can’t share with anyone those thoughts you can write in your journal otherwise they increase your stress. After that you will really feel relaxed and light .you don’t have to take so much weight of negative thoughts. Gratitude may help relieve stress and anxiety by focusing your thoughts on what’s positive in your life.Keeping a journal can help relieve stress and anxiety, especially if you focus on the positive.
5 .Spend Time With Your crazy funny friends and supportiveFamily:-
support from your Dear friends and loving ,caring family can help you get through stressful times .Being part of a friend network gives you a sense of belonging and self-worth, which can help you in tough times .Keep in mind that both men and women benefit from friendship.men and women with the fewest social connections were more likely to suffer from depression and anxiety .
Having strong social ties may help you get through stressful times and lower your risk of anxiety.so start making new friends and stay connected. Always keep in your mind, whenever you want support they always there for you.
6 .smile andLaugh:-
Smile laugh is a very good medicine for stress management .you instantly feel light and relaxed. It’s hard to feel anxious when you’re laughing. It’s good for your health .
In the long term, laughter can also help improve your immune system and mood.Try watching a funny TV show like Kapil Sharma .bhabiji ghar pe hain , laughter shows or hanging out with friends who make you laugh.Find the humor in everyday life, spend time with funny friends or watch a comedy show to help relieve stress.
7 . Hug ,kiss, cuddle:-
Cuddling, kissing, hugging can all help relieve stress.Positive physical contact can help lower blood pressure and heart rate, both of which are physical symptoms of stress.Positive touch from cuddling, hugging, kissing may help reduce stress.
8 . Listen to music daily:-
Listening to music can have a very relaxing effect on the body.Slow instrumental music can induce the relaxation.Some types of classical, and Indian music can be particularly soothing.Nature sounds can also be very calming.Listening to music you like can be a good way to relieve stress.
9 . Deep Breathing:-
Breathing exercises can reduce your stress ,calm your mood ,increase your concentration, increase glow on your face .There are several types of deep breathing exercises, including diaphragmatic breathing, abdominal breathing, belly breathing .
The goal of deep breathing is to focus your awareness on your breath, making it slower and deeper. When you breathe in deeply through your nose, your lungs fully expand and your belly rises.This helps slow your heart rate, allowing you to feel more peaceful.
10 .connect with nature :-
Spend time in nature may help reduce stress and improve your mood .you will never go wrong by spending time enjoying nature.my favourite time of year is autumn.the leaves on the tree reflect the brilliant colours of the season .it is the perfect time for long walks. Away from the noise of the city.i also love rainy season .rain always feel me alive ,fresh ,very peaceful.
11 .Learn to Say No:-
Take control over the parts of your life that you can change and are causing you stress.One way to do this may be to say no more often.This is especially true if you find yourself taking on more than you can handle, many responsibilities can leave you feeling overwhelmed.
Being selective about what you take on and saying no to things that will unnecessarily add to your load can reduce your stress levels.Try not to take on more than you can handle. Saying no is one way to control your stress.
12. See your day as your life:-
If you change you perspective to see the world or your life or anything else’s than your stress will automatically decrease .As you live your days ,so you live your life. It is easy to get to cought up in the trap of thinking that this day does not matter much given all the days that lie ahead of you .
But a great life is nothing more than a series of great days .think about it ,if you know that you have limited amount of time than how you react, how you feel ,your perspective to see the things will change positively.and your problems which induce your stress will looks small or nothing to you.
Today, I am gonna discuss about stress ,how it affect our life .Stress relates to anyone and everyone no matter the situation you will have some sort of stress whether it goes or bad. “Stress is your body’s response to changes in your life. Because life involves constant changes like changing locations from home to work each morning ,some annoying thoughts which comes up in your mind ,hurt by someonewhich you love most ,related to job workplace, in your marriage etc.
If you have too much stress it can affect your physical and mental health in bad ways. Stress can cause headaches, high blood pressure, heart problems, skin conditions, asthma, arthritis depression, and anxiety. Emotional symptoms of stress include crying, irritability, And stress can also show up as negative behaviors .
If stress is high which you can’tcontrol than you Should visit the doctor and because of it, seventy-five percent to ninety percent of all doctor visits are caused by stress-related ailments and complaints. Though stress is apart of normal everyday life it can do horrible things to your self-esteem and other aspects of life in general. Ways to avoid stress work ahead of schedule and don’t wait till last second to do work. By working ahead of schedule and not waiting till last minute you eliminate stress a lot quicker and the stress does not build up. When you let stress build up you are basically letting stress control your life and when you let that happen you start to shut down with depression and anxietyu need to find a way that suits you to relieve stress as long as it is not harmful to your body like drugs and alcohol which only temporarily relieve stress. When people stress lots of times they look for substances and that is why smoking cigarettes are so common from a young age. Young people stress and they find smoking calms them the first time so they continue to try to get that original stress relief they got from the first cigarette until it turns into an addiction which is never good. Another way to manage stress is never planning overlapping events because you rush for everything and you stress because you are late. If caring about what others think of you stresses you out then you should not care what you should care about is what you think of yourself and yourself only not what other make you think of yourself.
Again stress is a very common factor in everyone’s life that affects everyone in different ways . you may think your stress only affect your health they can affect everyone around your health too. make sure you do not hurt anyone around you .and try to reduce your stress because it will never take you at the right path .you should found a way to escape from your stress .in next post We will discuss about how to overcome from your stress .
You want to be happy than why are you blaming others.if you think, you are a strong person than why not take all the responsibility.would you really want to live in a place where everyone acted ,thought, do as you want and as you do ? I m sure ,first thought which would come in your mind is that you really want it ,you said this is it which you need most.but when you think deeply and consciously,I’m sure you will never ever want or think like this .you don’t want that place where everyone think same ,do same, act same.because you know it .it would be a pretty boring place ,where everyone is same.
Everyone has a unique nature, qualities, habits, unique thoughts.this uniqueness make us different from others.what makes us unique or great are not the things that we have common or same but the differences make us unique.otherwise everyone will became president if not than everyone will became peon.its so funny .thats why we should stop blaming and criticising others.
0So rather than criticising or blaming others why not we begin to respect differences.blame is one sided .it not about understanding what happened but about making the other responsible. Each and every time of our life we need someone to blame ,someone to thank .someone to criticise.we cants accept that everything that happens to us is our own doing.when problems occur, people don’t like to blame themselves because blaming others is easier.but you have to accept and learn to take responsibility yourself .so rather than blaming and criticising why not we begin to respect others uniqueness.
It’s not very weird or sad thing that you blame others but you make sure you never hurt others .but if unfortunately you did this than you should accept it.and try to fix it .train your mind to see the good in others and everything.because we choose happiness .
If you’ve been blaming your friend or your partner , be sure to apologize and express your love to them .it will bring the two of you closer.
First accept the truth We can’t make each other happy, You make yourself happy. And I make myself happy if you thought we make each other happy then your happiness is Time dependent and short term.as Time passed your happiness fades away if it depends on others.
We think degree, job, spouse, children, friends will make us happy. Even God can’t make you happy. We have temporary mind diversions to divert attention from emotional pain. It is like drugs.

Balance of Thoughts: Just one positive thought is not sufficient and many negative thoughts won’t work. Consistent positive thoughts are required. Not just words, thoughts must be positive.you have to focus constantly on your thoughts.if you succeed to increase your positive thoughts everyday bases and decrease your negative thoughts everyday you start feeling little happy, positive ,energetic and this’ll increase everyday.
